Welcome to sortedandstyledtpa.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Sorted and Styled LLC ("Sorted & Styled," "we," "us," or "our"). These Website Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, including any inquiries you submit through our contact form. By visiting the Site or submitting information through our contact form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms govern your use of the Site itself. They are separate from, and do not replace, the signed service agreement and project-specific Terms & Conditions you will receive if you engage Sorted & Styled for interior design or home organization services. Those documents govern the scope, pricing, and terms of the project itself.

2. About Sorted & Styled

Sorted & Styled provides luxury interior design and home organization services to clients in the Tampa Bay, Florida area and beyond. Interior design and home organization are offered as distinct service lines, each priced on a flat-fee, per-project basis. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to perform services; every project begins with a consultation and a signed service agreement.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any other visitor. You agree not to:

- Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems

- Use any bot, scraper, or other automated means to access or copy the Site

- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact form

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including project photography, text, logos, graphics, and the overall look and feel—is the property of Sorted & Styled or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

5. Contact Form Submissions and Communications Consent

When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, you provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, and details about your project. By submitting the form, you agree that Sorted & Styled may contact you by phone, email, and/or text message (SMS) regarding that specific inquiry, including to schedule a consultation and provide related customer service ("Service Communications").

If you separately check the marketing opt-in box on our contact form, you also agree that Sorted & Styled may contact you by email and/or text message with marketing communications, including promotions, design inspiration, and company updates ("Marketing Communications").

Consent to receive Marketing Communications is never required as a condition of using the Site or requesting a consultation. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message, clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email, or contacting us at contact@sortedandstyledtpa.com or (813)613-0792. 6. No Professional Advice via the Site

Content on the Site—including blog posts, portfolio descriptions, and general design guidance—is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute personalized design, organizational, structural, or safety advice for your home. Specific recommendations are provided only through a paid consultation or signed service agreement.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites (such as Instagram, Pinterest, or vendor sites) that are not owned or controlled by Sorted & Styled. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
